Right from its inception, the aspiration for this 2500 sq. ft. penthouse in Wakad, Pune, was to craft a space that marries timeless, modern elements with opulence while remaining rooted in the unique lifestyle of the family that calls it home. 

Reorganization of the spatial layout by replacing a bulky staircase with a well-engineered, airy cantilevered design was a key aspect. Removing the dining slab opened up a double-height expanse, evoking the feeling of a sky-bound bungalow in the heart of the city.

Quiet luxury is conjured through a gentle layering of colors, textures, and materials:  the textural play of marble (walls and floor), pastel upholstery juxtaposed with jewel-toned velvets, metal accents, elegant detailing and beautiful bespoke finishes, accentuated by unique art pieces. The overall impression of this home is one of drama and luxury, but it is still welcoming.
