Situated along a bustling road in Pune, this 2000 sq. ft office space is designated for TRIAA Housing, a prestigious construction company in Pune. 

Grappled with a unique obstacle - a lengthy, narrow passage. To address this challenge, an arched feature was introduced. This design element not only alleviated the elongated corridor's visual impact but also created a striking entrance leading into the reception area. 

The passage divides the space into a series of cabins, and the main cabin is connected to a large terrace with lounge seating facilitating formal and casual interactions. Manual louvred panels, filter light and provide privacy whenever required. A cool monotone palette characterised by greys and whites provides a relaxed environment. Vibrant reds and greens, drawn from the company's logo, punctuate the space, making appearances in fabrics and decor to infuse energy and character into the environment.
