In this 2500 sq. ft builder-ready apartment located in Pune, the challenge lay in preserving its existing shell while infusing it with a distinctive character to set it apart from other units in the building.

Upon entering the home, the communal spaces (living, dining, kitchen) unfold at a single glance. Without making significant civil changes we designed an open, flexible space for the young family to grow in. Lemon yellow and leafy green tones introduce a homely warmth to the living and dining spaces.

The warm timber flooring in the bedrooms, textured walls, grey veined marble and considered use of luxe accents like onyx and mother of pearl in the surrounding furnishings all work together to create a feeling of restrained refinement.
